A getaway that will always be recalled is the one in Las Vegas, what is every now and then referred to as "Sin City" due to its casinos, though I choose to remember it as a "sensational" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.
From LA to this gambler’s city, It was about a 4 hour drive in the summer. The weather was awfully hot but such eagerness filled the air. When my buddies and I got to our casino, we’re astounded by the courtesy accorded to us by the valet as he greeted us from gambling and entertainment world, this was the beginning of what turned out being the most extravagant time.
We gambled on card games like poker, black jack and other table games like electronic poker and roulette, we laughed and ate awesome foods, created by some of the greatest chefs on the planet, and right on the strip of the gambling city.
I wanted to take my chances on a gigantic dollar slot machine and made the decision to hazard twenty five dollars of the two hundred dollars I had out aside to gamble with for the whole getaway. After feeding $17 into this massive slot machine I hit $300 and I jumped up and down and horsed around so much, a casino employee came our way and offered my friends and me free tickets to a show with vouchers for two complimentary drinks. We were in a world of astonishment, admiration and realized that it would be a betting and adventure trip not to be buried.
